SEMI-PRIVATE — UP TO 5 PEOPLE PER SESSION
Our highly effective group sessions run off a weekly schedule. Simply reserve a spot by choosing between a full-body cardio workout or a full body resistance session. Our cardio workouts includes riding, rowing, running, and mat work. While our full body resistance sessions work your body 3-dimensionally by incorporating all variables of fitness like balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, power, and stamina. So whether your looking for performance gains or just getting back in shape our small group options will lean, sculpt, and transform you from head to toe.

Train with a buddy who’s looking for similar results. This is a great way to get fit, stay committed, and have fun through the process. Our training protocol will incorporate progression and adjustability for each individual.

Our personal training service will safely guide you through a workout plan that specifically coordinates with your needs and goals. Weather it’s gaining strength, losing a few inches, or maintaining a healthy fitness regimen. You’ll see and feel your body make progress like never before.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must occur within 12-hours prior to the scheduled “session time”. The client must make confirmed contact with Studio Fit.
For late cancellations on Semi-Private sessions, a cancellation charge of $20 per incidence will apply or a loss of session. In the case of a NO-SHOW, a $20 charge and a loss of session will occur.
For safety reasons and to ensure everyone is properly warmed up before engaging in group fitness, please be on time for your training sessions. Late arrivals are un-safe and distracting to the teams workout. Any vacancies may be given to waitlisted participants, so please be on time. If you’re running late or have something pop-up, give us a call to let us know. We can hold your spot for up to five minutes after the class start time.
As a courtesy to others, there are no cell phones allowed during the Semi-Private Training. If you need to stay in contact with someone during class (i.e. your doctor or your child), kindly leave your phone with the trainer and we will alert you if there is an emergency.
